  • Do you cater for special dietary requirements such as Vegan or Vegetarian?
    Yes, we can tailor meal plans and strategies for any specific dietary requirements.
  • Do I need to buy special supplements or products for this plan?
    No, we rarely advise supplements unless it's clear that sufficient nutrients can not be obtained within your dietary requirements. But most clients can get all their nutrients needs met from natural foods.
  • What if I have a medical condition?
    If you've been diagnosed with diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure or thyroid condition, then we would recommend working with a dietitian due to medical nature of your condition.
  • Is this Keto or Fasting?
    No, we don't advise doing Keto or fasting within our plans unless you specifically require it, we will tailor a plan to fit your specific requirements. However these strategies are not necessary for healthy weight loss.
  • What if I want to stop the program?
    You can stop or pause the program at anytime. We understand that life circumstances can change. Speak to your coach about this and they will try to accommodate you needs.
  • Is it group coaching?
    The program is 1 to 1, you will work with Adam directly through-out the program.
  • I'm struggling with meal ideas and sugar cravings will this program help?
    Yes, in the program you will be given new healthy meal ideas that fit your taste. And Yes! Your coach can work with you to overcome sugar cravings to help you regain control and achieve your health goals
