Before working with Adam, I had been going to the gym for well over a year following workout plans recommended to me by friends or from the internet, and without knowing much about nutrition to support my goals. I got help from Adam starting in early 2024 and the difference I and friends/co-workers could see in only 3 months was unbelievable!

Adam helped me improve the workout routine I was following before, to one that was more efficient and not repeating similar exercises when not needed, and which I could stick to each week even though I have a varied shift pattern at my job. A quicker workout routine also made it easier to stick with as the gym was no longer a 2 hour ordeal lol

He also has helped me with nutrition and what to eat, and took better body composition measurements than just BMI. He fit the calorie target and macronutrients (carbs, fat, protein) in line with what I wanted to achieve and how often I could go to the gym. This was helpful because it's hard to tell how much protein is actually necessary without being qualified and just reading conflicting answers online.
